Hello, thanks for reaching out. My name is Mabel, and I will be attending to your complaint.
I want to genuinely apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
A check on your card shows you had insufficient fund fees debited from AAPPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE - insufficient funds for -27.82(you had $11. on your card while the payment was $27.82) you did not have sufficient balance at time of the debit for your APPLE, subscription.
This was likely due to linking your virtual card to the platform. Even though you might not have manually initiated these payments, they become auto initiated once the card is linked to a platform.
We introduced a non-refundable fee of $0.5 for every transaction that declines due to insufficient funds.
To avoid incurring this charge and ensure a smooth transaction experience, we strongly urge you to take the following steps:
Ensure adequate funding: Before making any one-time or recurring transactions, please ensure your card is adequately funded. This will help prevent any instances of insufficient funds.
Review recurring subscriptions: Take the time to review your recurring subscriptions like Apple, Netflix, etc., and identify any that are no longer in use.
Canceling these subscriptions will help reduce the risk of encountering insufficient funds charges.
Please keep in mind that I'm here to help, If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out and we can continue our chat.
