Tiny graphics on my iPhone 11 screen

There are three separate strange tiny images on my iPhone 11 screen that don't move or go away even after doing a forced restart. They are not affected by anything I'm doing on the phone and are there no matter what I do and stay where they are no matter what. One on top left, one on bottom left and one on top right. They look like text but are very small and can't be made out.
