My iPad is low on space -- how can I delete all of my health data from just my iPad?

I have an iPad (7th Gen) with 32GBs that I am trying to update to 17.1.1. However, I've deleted all of my extra apps (except the ones Apple will not allow you to, as first party apps), but the update will not install, because it says it needs about 600MBs to install. Health data would free up 1GB, but I cannot find how to remove it from my iPad only (I want to keep it everywhere else).

Any ideas?

iPad 9th gen (3GB ram, 256GB storage) showing total RAM used @ 98%, while storage used roughly 21% according to DEVICE MONITOR 2 I have the A2603 iPad 9th generation Wi-Fi+ cellular, 2.6 GHz, with 3GB of RAM, & 256GB of storage, & am running iOS 18.1.1. I’ve recently removed several apps; cleared my Safari’s cache, & history; & uncluttered to the best of my ability, & my storage is currently at 21% of used storage. My problem is that my RAM is showing between 95-98.9% (2.87GB total, 694.8MB active, 613MB inactive, 848.6MB wired, 866MB compressed, 55.1MB free, with used memory at 97%. I also have 205.4GB free of my allotted 2TB of iCloud storage. How can I improve my iPads overall health? Stats are from DEVICE MONITOR 2.
