How do I get back an update I accidentally deleted?
I didn’t realize I was deleting one of my updates and I need to get it back how do I do that?

what do you mean? on ipads an update is not something that you can delete or roll back from, it updates the operating system replacing the older one, even if you restored it to factory settings the update would still be there, it would just be your data which would be gone
