ticket master cannot add event tickets to my wallet.
Contact ticketmaster for help with there tickets and adding to Wallet. They need to provide the "Add to Wallet" button on their website or the email you received.

Apparently you need to click on the "View Barcode" option to see the Add to Wallet button.
