Re-Start Thread: Sent emails showing up in Inbox

New Thread because I couldn't Reply to existing ones.

iPad6, iPadOS 17.1.1: I have disabled Follow Up Suggestions, yet some sent email still shows up in my InBox. I realize that Apple thinks this is a “feature,” but I am not amused by this behavior. There have been quite a few OS updates since people started complaining about this “feature,” but it still persists. I’ve been using email clients since before most of today's developers were born… I know how to check Sent Mail to see if there have been any of my emails that were not replied to.
