I tried to order a refurbished iPhone 12 in green and they didn’t have it available for delivery. So I decided to check the availability for pickup at my local store, I tried to type in my city in Canada and it did not show me results. Then I put in my zip code and it didn’t work, please help.

I don't believe Apple carries refurbished phones instore. You have to order them online and they are always subject to availability. If you want a green one, keep checking the online store or choose another color, which is available.
