Drobe issue with Sonoma 14.1.1

I have several extender devices to my m3 iMac. Printer, scanner, Two 4tb drives in addition 20tb Drobo. Everything mount and index by the Mac and see and I have excess to my data. The only issue is the Drobo dashboard doesn't recognize Drobo. I know company has gone out business but the support page is still available. I able was to download the most recent drivers. I launched the dashboard app and received an error message; "Drobo app added items that can run in the background. You can manage this in Login items Setting"

So I gone to Login item setting Several times now. Rebooted my system Several times now I connect the Drobo directly to the Mac> nothing change; the drives mount. Anybody have a solution.
