iPad continuity camera stopped working after macOS Sonoma upgrade

I was using iPad ( 9th gen) camera as continuity camera with MacOS 13 without any issue.

I was using it in zoom calls.

After upgrading my MacBook (M2 Pro) to Max OS 14 ( Sonoma ) continuity camera does not work in zoom or FaceTime.

I have enabled AirPlay & Hand Off -> Continuity Camera .

I have on same WiFi network , same Apple ID.

Same issue with connecting via USB.

Applying patch 14.1 has not fixed it.

It works in notes app as Take Photo or Scan Document. Which means it detects it as camera. But I cannot use it as webcam in zoom or FaceTime .

Has anyone faced similar issue after upgrading to MacOS 14?

LMK if anyone has solution.

thanks,

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.6
