Here are tech specs from Apple for an iPad Air 3:
https://www.apple.com/ipad/compare/?modelList=ipad-air-3rd-gen,ipad-9th-gen
And here is a link to a forum explaining what SwitchBoard does.
No one knows how you got one with 128 GB or internal Apple software without someone having jailbroken or stolen it. (that is what it's called when someone "alters" it and it is no longer working as a consumer device.)
Good luck getting iOS on it. I'd return it and ask for a refund.

SwitchBoard is used internally by Apple for testing.
Either you have a device that was never meant for public
release or one that was not properly reset after being
used internally. In either case, further answers are
beyond the scope of this forum.
Ask the seller/vendor of the iPad for assistance.
This iPad dont have regular iOS, it called something like SwitchBoard. How to check it mate?
It would appear that the app you are using to check is giving you false information. Why would you simply not check the capacity on the device, with no need to use a questionable app?
Its running SwitchBoard, where i can check it mate? Thanks.
Settings: General - About - Capacity = ???
Then you will need to seek technical support at that hack site, I guess.
lol, its not hack site, i dont know how to check it beside that app bcause it dont run on iOS. Maybe u can help me with better ans?
