Apple ID missing age information

Hello, I’m trying to set up my IPad privacy and security in tracking,when I try to enable some privacy settings on my phone I can’t do it.I tried to turn on the allow Apps to request to track it says this settings cannot be changed because your Apple ID is missing age information. What is this mean? I put my Birthday so why it says my Apple ID is missing age?How do I fix this problem??Please help..

iPhone tracking is turned off says because missing age information on my account? My iPhone tracking turned off today randomly now it says my account is missing age information but I have it clearly on my account and I’m 37yrs old so wth? Also I signed out ad tracking turned on but when I signed back in it turned off with the missing age information notice again this all happened after I used the find my iPhone feature I also tried changing birthday to 1 day ahead then back to original didn’t work I force restarted the phone didn’t work either I also talked to a Apple support specialist with screen share and they couldn’t solve the problem either
