I purchased an apple gift card and it’s showing invalid card I went back to the store but I still couldn’t redeem the card

I purchased an Apple Card last week when I tried redeeming it

the card kept showing error invalid card I thought It wasn’t activated so when I went to the store they told me once I get a receipt it was activated so here I am contacting you guys

Did you also receive an “Activation” receipt? (possibly separate from the “normal” register receipt)

Do all the values and serial numbers on the card, the card envelope, and the receipts “line up” as highlighted in this example photo?
