„vibrations“ from Studio Display

I get vibrations from my Studio Display, so when I put the palm of my hand on the desk or on the mouse,

I feel vibrations that go right up my arm. it immediately stops when the Display is switched off.

Also, I have the feeling that the electromagnetic shielding is not ok.

I have the Display since Jan. this year and the problem is new.

Does anyone of you have the same problem ? Any tips what I can do ?
