Your question doesn't make much sense.

If your phone is under warranty and has failed due to a manufacturing defect, make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store or take it to your local authorized service provider.

Some repairs can be done at the store in an hour or so. Some will require complete replacement of the device, which should not take long at all once the fault has been identified. In some countries, the phone may have to be sent to Apple for service.
