Yep! Once the refund has been accepted it may take a couple of days to show up on the payment method that you use. Credit/Debit cards typically take a 2-3 days to process the request once it has been received. If you used your store balance for the purchase, then those typically get credited sooner. Apple Card is about the same time as any other credit card.
The good news is that you were able to see that your refund request was granted. Refunds are not guaranteed and it was probably due to the swift action on your part to request the refund shortly after you realized the mistake that was made.
