Mac M1 service installed screen incorrectly

The new Mac M1 was sent for service because an ant (bug) somehow got in and died in half of the screen. The Mac is under warranty and was sent to an authorized service center in Croatia (Store.com.hr) who installed a new screen 2 millimeters outside the case and not glued all the way (you can see the gap that the screen gaped)

What to do now?

Authorized Service does not accept that it is their fault even though the fault was reported as soon as the Mac was opened in the original box as it was sent from them.
