iTunes sorting song list

How do i sort the songs in my itunes apple music song listing, for example, the song "Harvest Moon"?

I assume you are asking about the app, not the Store, correct? Use the View menu. First, set your Songs list for View > as Songs. Then set View > Sort By > Title. All the versions of "Harvest Moon" will appear together under "H."
