I have been using recurring/repeated events on my calendar for years with no problems. Now the recurring events are off by one day. When I go in to edit them, they show the correct day f it won’t let me edit, but the calendar is still off!
opps, cancel the request. I just returned to the US from Bangkok & the problem fixed itself—go figure☺️
If you had an event set to a point in time that is Monday in the US but already Tuesday in Thailand due to the time zone difference, then obviously it will show up on a different day while you're traveling. But it's still the same "moment".
You may want to explore time zone management in both the iMac and iPad/iPhone Calendar settings. It would allow you to set an event to the local time of the event, relieving you of calculating the difference from your home base's time zone.
