Cannot receive text messages on my iPhone

I have problem to receive messages , when I go to -> settings-> messages->send&receive only accept my email address but not my phone number. I trying everything, resetting my network, restarting my phone, change my SIM card and still not receiving messages. I been already to O2 mobile (my provider) and they said everything is fine with the reception, after that I go to Apply center and spend 4 hours there, 2 different specialists check my phone, they do several tests, check settings and still no fix the problem, probably is software glitch, do you have idea how to solve this because I use text messages for my family when I’m working and can’t call, also I need it for any other important reason. I hope you have solution for this problem.

Did you try to toggle off iMessage, wait 10 mins and enable it back again?

This is what I said in first place, should be the software glitch in iOS, I contacted my provider already in my local branch and they said that, the problem is not SIM card, reception or provider settings or signal, it’s Apple issue. I use this provider 8 years and never happened this before, but after last iOS update 17.1.1 stop receiving the messages and when i go to messages settings or Face time settings don’t accept my phone number which works before the update perfectly

This might be a serious cellular issue. I’m so sorry that you’re in this situation. You should probably transfer the SIM to a new iPhone, or get a new one entirely, or just try to get the iPhones motherboard replaced… not sure exactly what you should do. I’m so sorry, I hope I helped in some way!

It’s not hardware problem, in Apple center they make few tests for this and said everything is fine with hardware, like I said this is software issue, for example if your movie player on your computer not working you not replacing your motherboard or your screen 😁
