Could not set up Apple Pay

I've had this problem for months, my iOs is updated to the latest version, I tried to log out and log in again with my iCloud, I have my card on my iCloud too but that’s weird…so I changed the region and returned to the US but I have the same error. Please I need help🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Why do I get errors when adding cards to Apple Pay? One week ago I bought the iphone 15 and these two days I have been facing problems with apple pay. First, it told me that I need to update my phone and so I did but to no avail. Then, I tried adding my revolut card and my bank card and an error is popping up saying that I need to contact my card issuer. I think the problem lays within the apple pay and not the card issuer because I had an iphone xr before for 5 days and had never occured any problems. Can someone help me please ? Apple Pay error/glitch So I was gonna start using Apple Pay, and I wanted to add my cards but whenever I click on the + option it’s gives me a error or something, it’s not a problem with my region it’s correct, I’ve looked up many YouTube solutions but none are working , This just keeps occurring every time, I tried doing everything like restarting the internet and stuff
