What happened to my apple wallet for plane tickets. No icon. Only for credit cards

I have been putting airline tickets in the wallet and United said they put them there but no icon just one for credit card and $$

Unable to add replacement credit/debit cards to Apple Wallet Hi my credit cards and debit cards were stolen 3 weeks ago and I have been trying to put the replacement cards into apple wallet with the same message appearing being, refer back to my bank. After several phone calls both of my card providers have said there are no issues that could be stopping apple from installing into the wallet. After two phone calls to apple the best I have got is to update to 17 and when that didn’t work was told to ring Visa and Mastercard who both immediately transferred me back to my bank! any idea how to sort this? Apple wallet I can not add my debit card on my Apple wallet. I called my bank and they said it looks like I need to contact Apple

Either add the ticket through your United App or by using the add to wallet link in the booking email.
