Headphones connected but bluetooth is off

Okay so basically i got an iphone 6 and i was just outside making a snowman and when i went back inside i put some music but there was no sound so i checked if the volume was down but no it said headphones were connected, i got the iphone yesterday. I tried resetting it and i asked my brother to help me but nothing worked, when i got in a call it got on speaker but each time it ended the headphones mode kept switching back, even when the bluetooth is off. I literally dont know what to do and im stuck with no sound. Also when i tried to put some music the volume went up and down by its own, but i maybe just touched the volume buttons by accident. I really dont know what to do lmao
