Why can I dictate text on my iPhone 7 even when Airplane Mode is enabled?
Shouldn't this feature not work at all? Doesn't the phone need access to Apple's server to interpret my voice and transcribe the needed text?

Forgive me, but I'm not understanding this photo. It just is proving that you can still dictate text with airplane mode on and bluetooth / wifi disabled? What can we conclude from this? That dictating text is handled directly on the phone, and does not need access to Apple's remote servers?
