I cant make my camera 0.5 its always 1 or more every time i try to zoom out when taking a photo/video it always stays at zoom 1
Hmm, then you should definitely have access to the UltraWide camera. When you open the camera, do you see the three modes (.5, 1x. 3) at the bottom of the viewfinder?
If not, do you mind posting a screenshot of what you see?
Yeah I would have it checked out by a Genius to figure out what's going on. You can also chat with Support online and ask them to run remote diagnostics.
What iPhone model do you have, and did you recently repair your camera module?
Its a iPhone 13 Pro Max and no I haven’t reappeared it because it was working just fine before
Yes ,but every time i click 0.5 it goes back to 1x its the same when i use my fingers to but if I click 3x it works also with my fingers.
Does Macro mode work? Sounds like a hardware issue to me.

Yes, if you get your camera really close to an object, and have Macro Control/automatic macro switching on, you should switch to the Ultra Wide. Does it work, or is the image blurry?
