this is my phone that i lost and i was turned on find my phone with my last location and other so after i lost my phone someone is removed my appleid but i know my serial number and imei so that can i get my phone or locked to me

for the theft of your iPhone. report it to local law enforcement and change your Apple ID password to regain control of your account
Your Activation Lock on the iPhone can only be changed, if someone knows the Apple ID password.
