I need the iOS 17.1 back on my iPhone

If you are having a problem with an app that is crashing, you will have to contact the developer of the app. Developers are responsible for making sure their apps work with the current iOS and are provided beta copies to test their apps with to ensure they will work. If you do not get an adequate response from the developer, then post a review in the App Store of the product to warn other users of the problem with the app. In some cases this will motivate the developer to fix their app more quickly.

Reinstalling a Crashing App:

Does it open, and then just close? Or Does it run and then crash? If is runs and then just crashes, then see about getting another download. You'd remove it from your iPhone and then reinstall it.
