Date and Time Keep Jump to Wrong One When Set Time and Date Automatically

Hello,

One day my macbook suddenly showed no internet while I was watching youtube. I can make sure my wifi is connected to the router and the router works totally fine since my roommate is still connecting with his PC. I tried to connect to my phone's hotspot, it connected successfully but still no internet. After that I tried to shut down and turn it on but it still did not work. I later found out the Date and Time are wrong (today 11/23/2023 but it keeps jumping to 12/30/2021). I then tried to enable <set time and date automatically> again and it kept jumping to the wrong time, the only way I can do is type "sudo sntp -sS time.apple.com" in my terminal. When the time is correct my internet is back. But when I went to settings and enabled <set time and date automatically> again, the time went wrong again.

Does anyone know what's wrong with my macbook?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.1
