iPhone 13 showing 128GB when its 256GB

My wife recently upgraded her iPhone and I got her iPhone 13. It’s pink 256GB but my service provider shows it as a black 128GB. When I check my storage it says there are only 128 available but I know it’s a 256. Is this something I need to sort out with my provider or Apple?

My iPhone 11 is 128GB but when I try to trade in it shows up as 64GB on the website My iPhone 11 says 128GB in the setting but when I try to trade it in on the Apple Store app it says your current device is iPhone 11 64GB [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Go to Settings > General > About > Capacity. What does it show?
