When I click on a string of numbers that is data related, instead of giving options to copy paste etc it just goes to asking if I want to call that number. Like, no Siri, I don’t want to call the Gross payroll amount.
Any help is appreciated.
Please post a screenshot of some of the offending cells. I'm guessing you have formatted the cell as a link of some kind.
select the contents of the cell, then choose the Numbers menu item "Format > Remove Link"

well I never mentioned Excel. You posted in the Numbers for macOS forum. So I was responding as if you meant that a number in a cell in a Number spreadsheet was asking you to call a phone number. Provide more context. You can take a screenshot, then put a rectangle of a significant portion of the phone number in question.
What application are you using wi this problem happens?
Maybe you have a system setting in a state that is causing this.

It’s not in excel, it’s a number from a drop down list on a website. I can’t screen shot due to private info.
