Mac (27-inch, Late 2013) used as display for 2023 mac mini?
Hey does anyone know if you can use the 2013 imac models for a display with the 2023 mac mini?

No. Target Display mode is not supported between the mentioned devices. Purchase a real display for your M2 mini that complements its display capabilities.
I use a 32-inch LG 32UN880-B 4K Ultrafine display with my M2 Mac mini Pro and connect them with this Belkin HDMI 2.1 High Speed cable.
