Defining x axis in numbers chart

You can control the x-axis and y=axis in a chart by clicking the chart and going to the Axis tab in the Format sidebar on the right.

For most charts the X axis will, by default, be the data in the header column. For a scatter chart it will usually be the leftmost data column.

Your question (statement) is so vague it could be answered any number of ways and still not be answering whatever your question is.
