macos 2012 late mac mini needs to recover or reset password

2012 mac mini late CATALINA 10.15.7 ORIGINAL USER ID WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SETUP APPLE OR MY PHONE WITHOUT THE PASSWORD. IF I ENTER OR CREATE A NEW EMAIL THE ORIGINAL EMAIL OVER RIDES THE ONE BEING ENTERED.

ENTERING A RECOVERY FOR THIS VERSION OF MAC MINI 2012 LATE WILL ALLOW ME TO RESET A NEW PASSWORD.
