I recently purchased an iPhone 15 pro max and want to change my passcode after I did my set up, however, I can’t find the Face ID and passcode settings. How can I change my passcode settings or where can I find the Face ID and passcode settings.

Is this phone managed by anyone else, such as family? What troubleshooting have you tried? I would try a force restart on the phone and check again. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
That setting should be in the third grouping of Settings between Siri & Search and Emergency SOS.
It’s not there. That is my problem. I can’t find it anywhere.
Nobody manages it but me. I did the force restart and it’s still not there.
