About a week ago, I realized that the color and appearance of the screen on my contacts page had changed and I am not fond of the "useful" appearance of rows of icons when I want to call someone. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to return to the original screen?

Thank you, 100clicks. I don't know what is the purpose of adding photos to business contacts (?). And it isn't just a color that bothers me: with some calls I simultaneously use a keypad and speaker while making a call. Now, I am unable to do both at the same time.
The screen's layout and color have been altered on iPhone 10.
