Does FaceTime work in iPhones bought in another country?

If I buy an iPhone from the Apple Store in the Emirates (Dubai Mall) and use it in Saudi Arabia, does FaceTime work or not?

Yes, if the iPhone is on 13.6 or newer and the country in Settings is one other than the United Arab Emirates. Note that you'll likely be denied warranty service internationally.

Saudi Arabia no longer restricts it.

Dear,

I am from Saudi Arabia and I have an iPhone x and FaceTime is works excellently with audio and video inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

But I want to buy an iPhone 15 Pro Max from the Emirates. The question is, will the FaceTime feature work in Saudi Arabia? Or do the devices that are from the Emirates have an internal component that does not allow FaceTime to be activated in any country?
