Social apps not letting me post photos

Apps like instagram and Snapchat have this issue on my phone where the iPhone doesn’t allow the app to view any photo and in privacy settings it doesn’t let me change the access and is says private access someone help with this issue I have an iPhone 11 and is replacing my phone an option?
