Claim a lost iPhone

I lost one of my iPhone which I have Apple Care with. I want to claim that iPhone. Thank you.

Did you actually pay for AppleCare+ Theft & Loss. The standard AppleCare or even AppleCare+ plan doesn't offer theft and loss protection. The Theft & Loss protection is the highest cost version of AppleCare+.
