Wallet & apple pay duplicated Payment details info

Hi! In macOs under the section Wallet & Apple Pay > Payment Details I see duplicated infos for shipping address / email / phone. if I check on iPhone I only see one value for each key.

It seems that on macOS (Sonoma at least) the values in this 3 sections get rendered twice.

I check on card in contacts and Payment & shipping sections but there is no duplicated values in there.

Anyone can relate?

I've tried deleting all Apple Pay cards from all devices (Apple Watch, iPhone, and Mac) to start things from scratch. I even deleted all of that information from my Me contact and recreated it. My Mac (Sonoma 14.3.1) is still showing three versions of my exact same phone number and two of my phone and address. I'm also seeing these duplicates on my watch and phone though...
