I've been charged for a gift card I received as a Black Friday promotion
Why was I charged for the gift card that I received during the Black Friday promotion?
Have tried to phone suppprt but on hold for lengthy times.

When Apple gives gift cards during promotions, they bill for the gift card and reduce the price of the item purchased.
For example if you buy a $1,000 device with a free gift card, they bill
$150 for the gift card
$850 for the device
$1,000 total for $1,150 value received
