Update from Monterey to Ventura, not Sonoma

Currently running OS Monterey 12.5 and want to upgrade to Ventura, not to Sonoma. Doing pro audio i always stay at least 1 OS behind the current one for stability issues but I missed the release of Sonoma and now that's all there is in the app store.

Is there a way I can upgrade to Ventura and stay an OS behind the current one?
