My iPad shows a blank screen and says DOWNLOADED in the upper left hand corner of blank screen. The screen is frozen there.

The only affected device is my iPad. iOS 17.1.1

my Apple TV+ works on my phone and on tv, but blank screen with DOWNLOADED. I opened applets on my iPad and the screen freezes there.

iPhone 14 Pro Max Screen Freeze Anyone else having an issue where the screen just freezes ? I have to close out the screen and then come back in to the home screen to get it to respond again. This has started happening a lot since the last iOS update. Is there a fix for it ? Is Apple working on this problem ?
