Logic Pro X Microphone No Sound!?

I have recently been struggling with connection from my Rode NT1-A mic to my 18i8 Focusrite Interface, to find that no sound is picked up. I contacted Scarlett themselves, they told me to contact Apple. When I did contact Apple, I was on the phone for 4 hours and 15 minutes as we sat discussing what it could possibly be! Scrolling through plug-ins and updating them, flicking through files to see if anything is corrupt etc.

We came to the conclusion that it works on a different User, but not my Admin User? Yet it works on my Admin user on GarageBand, Audacity, and the Focusrite tester. All having very healthy signals, until loaded into Logic. All settings have been tested, everything is clear, there should be nothing standing in the way, any ideas?! I’m at a complete loss.
