Why won’t my Apple Watch connect?
I just brought a brand new Apple Watch and it won’t connect to my phone. I’ve restarted both the watch and my phone and phone is fully updated.

- Which iPhone do you have and what is its iOS? For the Apple Watch 9, you need iPhone XS or later with iOS 17.
- Also, from whom did you buy that watch? Is it new ... or new to you?
- What happens when you try to pair the watch to your iPhone.
