iCloud Alias

I created iCloud email aliases but they do not show up in the mailbox list. I can send an email from the aliases but I cannot receive any emails at the aliases. Please fix this feature.

All iCloud mail, including your alias email addresses, will appear in the one iCloud In Box.

If you want to see an individual email address Mailbox on a Mac you can create Smart Mailboxes (where Any Recipient is equal to your alias email address). I can't see that this can be done in iOS.

As you seem to have Windows I can't offer any support for Outlook or whatever mail client you are using, but there is likely to be a similar option.

Using iCloud Aliases in Windows:

Ask Microsoft:

They are the Developer of the operating system.  Go Here: https://vsa.services.microsoft.com/en-us/v1.0/. Proceed from there with a chat.

Hi David,

I am sorry for tagging my question as Windows / Windows 10. I am not using Outlook or any Windows mail client. I access my iCloud mail via icloud.com or on my iPhone.

I created the iCloud aliases as suggested on Apple's Support Pages. I created them via icloud.com Mail. The aliases are created, show up in the settings as active aliases, successfully send mail from the aliases to a Gmail account and a Microsoft Exchange account, but do not receive any mail by reply or new messages from those accounts or from any external accounts (e.g. when I add the aliases to an online account such as my Fidelity account, no mail is received from Fidelity in my inbox).

All email send attempts to the aliases, even a reply to the email sent from the alias, results in an undeliverable message as though the alias does not exist.

I have scoured the Apple Support Pages for a similar issue or resolution and have not found one.

Thanks,

Mike

I am sorry for tagging my question Windows / Windows 10. Although I am using Windows on a Lenovo Thinkbook, I am not using Outlook or any Windows mail client. I access my mail and created the aliases via icloud.com mail as suggested by Apple Support. I may be wrong but this does not seem to be an issue with the Windows operating system.

Thank you for any help you may be able to provide with my issue with aliases not working properly on icloud.com mail.
