I got notification that my iCloud is out of storage space. However I do have storage space on both my IPHONE and my ICloud plan as you can see on both screenshots. On the other hand on one screenshot it says I used 5gb of 5gb. What can I do? Feel lost!
Can you log into your iCloud account and check your iCloud mail inbox to see if it's full?
I don’t understand your response. The list does not give me a solution either. I used my 5gb iCloud space but I bought extra storage. I even upgraded this to ensure I have data yet i keep getting bounce back messages that inbox is full when testing my email
Check this list, you have some free iPhone storage, you consumed all the free 5GB of iCloud space and now you are using your iCloud+ with a lot of free space
