adding music to Imovie clip

i'm using Ituns on my Apple mac, i can see the names of the libraries, but all of them are empty,

i tried to drag and drop from Ituns but no success

It could be that the songs are in the cloud and not downloaded. If so, they wouldn't be available in iMovie. Open your iTunes library from the iTunes website. Any song that has a little cloud icon next to it is not downloaded. Click on the cloud icon to download it.

I don't use iTunes but I believe all the music is copyrighted so you are not allowed to use it.
