i phone 6 se dictation drops first words, skips to second word or two before starts to type

i phone 6 dictation not working properly. when i start to speak it does not start to type until second word.

Also, "hey siri" not working.

Have updated updates, tried to reload "hey siri" with no improvement. Also checked microphone.

Microphone Speech to text My speech-to-text has stopped working and my Siri is not working either. The loading symbol is showing once I am done speaking and then nothing ever gets typed. My microphone when I make videos and do voice memos still works fine, I have attempted to disconnect my Siri and restart my phone but nothing changes. Voice to text not working since update spinning blue circle. Siri works, mics are clear & restarted. My iPhone voice text stopped working since update and restarting doesn’t solve issue. Everything in settings is correct.
