When on my phone in settings I can't tap on my name to view Apple ID, Subscriptions or anything else. How do I reactivate it so I can? In order to do anything in support it always says to go to settings and tap name but I can't.

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Account Changes : Set this to ALLOW
