Alerts on iPhone/Apple Watch

Has there been a fix to enable both iPhone and Apple Watch to alert, like when using the Dexcom G7GCM? I was going low the other morning and my watch barely woke me up in time. I had missed at least one alert. I need my phone to loudly ding.

There’s no fix because it is working as Apple designed it to work. All I can suggest is enable Haptics on your watch so you will feel it vibrate for a notification. Either that, don’t wear your watch when you are sleeping, or turn off Wrist Detect.

This is a common complaint, so you might also consider asking Apple to change the way it works: the best place to suggest something to Apple is here→Product Feedback - Apple
