retrieving logic pro auto save

my computer randomly shut off in the middle of a project and when it came back on i wasn’t asked to load an auto save like normal. i was so closed to finished and extremely upset but there is not a single question or answer relating to this problem on this god forsaken forum

iMac 24″, macOS 14.1

  1. This is a user forum, by users for users...
  2. In Logic there is no Auto Save function, but an Auto Backup function. To do this, you must manually clicked on Save project. This will create backups each time you saved a project depending on your settings Logic Pro > Preferences > General > Auto Backup. To retrieve the auto backup versions go to File > Revert to.
  3. Only in some cases does Logic offer an auto-saved version after a crash, but I wouldn't rely on that. This probably depends on the type of crash.
